I went here last night with a friend for dinner, the food is always very nice in ASK and we both opted for a salad. Delicious, but the portion was smaller than I have had in other ASK restaurants and it didn't come with the butterfly king prawn on top as stated :( but the flavours were still lovely. Service extremely good and overall a really lovely outfit of ASK. Opposite Baker St tube so very easy to find and good location. Would recommend for a nice lunch or dinner x

i been there last nite it was so busy i went 2 downstairs.i order special mains sea bass cause waitress she recommend and it was really delicious.service was fantastic,very friendly staff.just very cold downstairs.i back again there.

service was ok but we was only the 2nd table occupied this afternoon and i still had to get the attention of the waiter. the starter was from the specials and beautiful. butterfly prawns in a spicy sauce.
the main was a bland king prawn linguine and i can do much better at home with off the shelf sauces and a pack of king prawn from tesco. the desert was tiramisu and came out frozen in the middle.
its a shame because ask has come recommended. i give it a 3 out of 5 because the starter was so good that i would go back for that and try something else on the mains.

ASK is ok, but not as good as some independent Italians I’ve been to in the area. The portions are quite good and it’s not expensive.
Been to a few ASKs, but this is my favourite.
