I can honestly say I wasn’t expecting much from Aviv. I’ve never been to a Jewish restaurant before, but I don’t know anyone else who had either, so I didn’t know what to expect at all. The food was excellent though – lots of well cooked meat dishes and not badly priced. I gave the more exotic dishes a miss but everything I tried was cooked to perfection. I’ll definitely be paying Aviv a return visit.

It's not a "Jewish" restaurant. It's a kosher restaurant. Being of the faith, I've been to several. I tried this one for the first time last weekend. Had a t -bone steak. It was dreadful! My leather shoe soles might have tasted better! Staff didn't care that I left most of it. Wont be going back in a hurry!
