I can honestly say I wasn’t expecting much from Aviv. I’ve never been to a Jewish restaurant before, but I don’t know anyone else who had either, so I didn’t know what to expect at all. The food was excellent though – lots of well cooked meat dishes and not badly priced. I gave the more exotic dishes a miss but everything I tried was cooked to perfection. I’ll definitely be paying Aviv a return visit.
