Popped in for a glass of wine with my friends, but ended up staying for a couple of bottles :) Cosy venue and great staff - definitely a place to go to in Victoria!
Visited Balls Brothers a few weeks ago for after work drinks, staff were very friendly and welcoming and even told us if we filled out a voucher we could get 50% off so my group was more than happy. Very warm and relaxed atmosphere will most definatley return.

Best place to visit in Victoria - well recommened.
Unfriendly and inept staff, struggled to serve people when the place was quiet and fell apart when it was busy. Took over an hour to receive food having already waited ages for to order (when the place was half empty) food portions small, drinks expensive
Went last week for a leaving do, single glass of Rioja cost £9.20 !!!i queried the bill and the manager and barman both looked like I had insulted them.Never again.Over priced and unfriendly.
My girlfriend and I arrived at Balls Brothers near to Victoria Station
at around 6:30 in the evening. No tables inside were free but we managed to grab a rickety table outside, next to a very busy road. The guy that served us at the bar seemed a bit distant and rude, and was disdainful when we asked which wines we could buy by the glass. We settled on a bottle of Malbec as the wines by the glass didn't seem particularly enticing. Wine was excellent, staff, atmosphere (outside) and crowd very disappointing. Will try and find somewhere better nearby (unlikely!).
