Bank restaurant - great service from the female maitre d to the waiter service - thanks Matthew! Delicious food - I would highly recommend
Food was superb. The starters we have are amazing, goat cheese & Thai squid. Main course seabass grilled beautifully & the puff pastry with beef have perfect flavor. The staff are so helpfull to get all my orders in time as we have limited time to stay. We all have a delightful experienced.
Joined two young friends for special of 2 courses for £15. Lovely setting looking out on elegant buildings. Quiet enough to hold a conversation and yet the bar at front was very vibrant and buzzing. Excellent service. Wtih wine and coffee plus 2 desserts, the entire bill including service came to less than £100 - which I thought was good value for the quality of food.
Four friends joined me for an evening at Bank Westminster and Zander Bar in London's St. James'. Left our coats at the door and were guided into the Zander bar. The area nearest the front door was heaving but the bar extends a long way into the building and had ample seating in which to enjoy the delicious half priced cocktails (until 19:00hrs.) Moving into the restaurant we were delighted by the light-filled atrium, attentive service, delicious food and well chosen wine list. Really Good!
Third time I've eaten here, and standards remain excellent. Relaxing environment, well trained staff and terrific food. Very glad to have a restaurant such as this in Victoria.
Organised a dinner for a very important client last night and i was blown away with this venue!
The dinner went really well, the food was excellent, the room looked great and we couldn't have asked for better service, Alex and Eduardo were great and made the group feel very welcome.
I will be highly recommending the restaurant to my colleagues and future clients!
My wife and I went to the Bank Westminster restaurant at the Crowne Plaza between St. James and Victoria on 1st April for dinner. The atmosphere struck just the right balance between playfulness and sophistication for a Friday evening, and the staff were very friendly. I had pate and king prawn linguine and my wife had the soup of the day and the salad nicoise. All were made very competently and obviously on the premises from impeccably fresh ingredients.
Have been twice now, as we enjoyed the first visit so much! Staff friendly and very welcoming, attentive but never intrusive. Cocktails excellent, and the bar staff helpful with suggestions. Choice of food great, and prices very reasonable. Looking forward to trying out the courtyard in the summer.
Had the two course special offer which was excellent value for money. A good choice of 3 starters and 3 mains. The salt and pepper squid starter was delicious. The King prawn linguini could have done with a bit more sauce or a bit more flavouring but was still nice. Staff were very helpful and even printed off a walk route to our concert after the meal!
We ate at Bank Westminster at 5:30 on Monday prior to attending a concert. The service was exemplary and the food and surroundings excellent. We were finished well in time to get to our concert even allowing for the fact that we had to return to the restaurant to collect a forgotten bag.
I would like to say that it was a lovely experience and I have recommended it to everyone I know. The pre-dinner drinks to the service of the waiter to the food was exceptional.
Restaurant was fantastic as always, such a nice atmosphere!
We visiting for New Year's Eve, having purchased a drink that neither of us liked our bartender Julien gave us our next round of drinks on the house as an apology for us not enjoying the first one! Amazing!
We found the service by all the staff especially the bartender made our night. We hightly recommend this venue to all!

My husband and I went to bank Westminster last Friday night and were very impressed. We were greeted by a very enthusiastic host who gave us a quick tour of the venue (it was our first time!) before we entered the restaurant. I had the Lamb Shank (perfectly cooked) while my husband went for the Tandoori Mixed grill, all of which came out perfectly on time.
After our meal we were taken by our host to the Zander bar which we are told is the longest bar in Europe! Fantastic personable service and very reasonably priced cocktails.
We will definitely be back!

Was there last week, great service and loved the food, and the £4 coctails was amazing.
If you're even a little claustrophobic give Bank Westminster a wide berth between the hours of 12 and 2. I've tried it twice and both times felt like a prize heifer at a cattle market! Busy just isn't the word. I've never been to Bank Westminster in the evening, but friends say it's a lot more relaxed.
