If there was a Zero star rating I would give it to this place...

A friend of mine who use crutches was blatantly refused entry by the bouncers. They said that the place was crowded, no disabled facilities, the toilets were slippery and that he uses crutches.

"I call it discrimination"...!

They were also refused when they asked to speak to the management. They were still letting people in as they tried to argue their case and the bouncers ended up calling the police.. How pathetic was that?

I will not be recommending this place to anyone I know. Avoid at all cost...!

You have to pay £5 for entrance fee. I don't know why? You leave your jacket or coat in the counter - charge is £3.

You only pay £1 in a five star hotel. Beer small bottle £3.50.The toilet my gosh !!!!! Filthy.... Stinks ... Horrible !!!!!

Can the management consider having a full time staff to man the toilet anyway everyone is paying £5 for entrance fee and everyone should be entitled for a clean toilet...!

Hi all just been there and it is quite poor oh my god and the loo well see for your self.

Well what can i say its easy just pass it by there are lots of club around just pick one for sure it will be better have fun well you wont if you go there lol byeeeeeeeeeee

What a really disappointing place. Prices are extortionate, customer service... what customer service? We walked in around about 7pm on a saturday (6 of us, mixed group) seemed as if they were closed as there was no one else in there at the time. We sat at a table where we had a member of their staff wait there till we were ready to order - which seemed the norm. After placing a £40 order of first round drinks and finger foods we were asked to settle the bill before being served. 5 minutes after our drinks came the waiter had the nerve to come over and ask us to pay an entry fee of £5 each - right after we were just served. Not that there were no other customers in there, but because were already served I felt to stand my ground. I find the service here really atrocious. The door man seemed to be unlicensed as he didn't care to provide any security card when we questioned him as he attempted to throw us out for not paying the entry fee - I think he was paid under the table. Bottom line - a really shoddy place.
