Went for a Thursday lunch with some friends. The place was quite and I was a little worried. What seemed to be the manager, whilst warm and welcoming, seemed to be in a fluster. However as soon as the food arrived and I tasted the calamari all the fears rapidly disappeared. The sword fish was also very good. Set menu is exceptionally good value. Will definitely go back to try the dishes from A la Carte menu. By the time we left the place was packed and I now know why.... the food is excellent!

I really enjoyed dinner at Bar Trattoria Semplice, the menu is well balanced and the dishes full of flavour! The pasta dishes are delicious and the tagliata is superb!
The portions are very generous so much that we couldn't fit dessert, just an excuse to go back!
Excellent value for money!

Hmmn, I didn't like Bar Trattoria Semplice quite as much as their other restaurant which I love, I think as it's only just opened I will give them a chance to settle down first before trying it again.
