The Bateaux London experience is a great idea but I'm sorry to say that the food and the service don't quite live up to the hype.

We had a pleasant evening when we went but The Bateaux London experience isn't one I'd recommend to all my friends.

I've been on the Bateaux river cruises twice now, once on the classic lunch and recently on the Sunday jazz cruise. Both were very relaxed but great fun, we were on the Symphony which is completely glass fronted so you get excellent views wherever you're sitting. The food was very nice, fairly simple but delicious all the same and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Its a great way of seeing all the sights without having to brave the elements and traipse around! Recommend.
