I had a breakfast here today, a cappuccino with a bacon and tomato ciabatta, and it was the most disgusting breakfast I've had in years. The coffee was bland and the ciabatta bread was horribly burnt, literally black on the surface, and left an awful taste in my mouth all day. And I paid £6.10 for the privilege, I should have gone to Caffe Nero instead.

When I was asked if I enjoyed my food, I simply damned him with faint praise and said "It's okay I guess". I will never go to this chain again, and will tell all to steer clear.

We tried to eat there on wednesday night 7-9. The person that met us as we entered, told us they had no table for three. She kept repeating it as we tried to ask a question. She finally just indicated for us to leave by waving her hands. I TRAVEL FOR A LIVING AND HAVE NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED AS THIS TRIP TO LONDON. I won't stop coming here but I will rethink how long we stay.Jackson, Mississippi PI

Gorgeous authentic Italian dishes here. Certainly one of the more reliable venues in the area.
