Bengal Restaurant really is a great place to eat! It's about a 10 minute walk from the main touristy area of Queensway, but worth it as this is what makes this place so good.


They rely on local custom, not one off tourists who probably won't come back anyway. Bengal Restaurant has good fresh food, quick friendly service and is the cheapest in the area!

My wife and I visited Bengal Resaurant on our short stay recently. In Sweden we don't hav so many Indian resataurants so I always eat Indian food on my trips to the UK with my work.

I have tried at least 10 different Indian restaurants before in Ramsgate, Derby, Brighton, the Ashford area and the Barking area. Nothing beats this one!

Bengal Restaurant has very good food and very friendly staff. I can only take a bow.

Bengal Restaurant is a lovely friendly place. The service is good and the food's tasty.
