Amazing food. Real shame about the service.

We were not greeted at the door in a friendly manor.

When i ordered my drink i said "a apple juice please....actually make that a coke" when i changed my order (around 5 seconds after saying i wanted a coke) the lady rolled her eyes and gave me a big sigh. At which point i requested another waiter, who was much nicer.

Since then my friends have been another time and they said the service was still poor but the food was still good.

I would give this place 4 stars but when the ones serving you are soo rude it dampens the night.

YES ! Service is so unwelcoming and can be aggressive, shame.

Since then i have been back. I was having my salad and found an actual piece of plastic. The waiter did not seem bothered at all. My mother who came with us and is a nurse told her how dangerous a sharp piece of plastic almost a inch long can be if swallowed.

They offered us a free coke. This place is a joke, never again.

Bento Cafe does the most amazing sushi I've ever had! Never eaten anything here that was short of delicious.

If you like Japanese food, you'll love Bento Cafe.
