I came once with 7 girls for breakfast and it was fantastic ! The food was good, service was nice, the atmosphere great, surprisingly good value, we had fun!
I went back for lunch with friends and liked the food, the service was good and the atmosphere great again, we loved the wine and had definitely a fabulous time. And yes, will come again …

Incredibly disappointing. I found the manager rude and the food quite bland. I came to Bingham Restaurant with three friends having booked directly quoting the London Restaurant Menu last Sunday. Only to be told the menu was not available at weekends. I said that was not highlighted on their website to be told it I must have assumed it would available for the London Restaurant fortnight! So instead of the £16 for two courses per head, it would be £38. The manager kept saying you order I will sort it out but when pushed how much he would charge said £30 per head which was still unacceptable. I finally managed to get the deal promised but with a fight (i am a journalist in the trade and had to resort to that card, so god knows what I would have got if I was just a customer. The manager - who was the only one to know about the wine - continued to try and upsell wine to me at £50 a bottle. The £28 or below bottles were not suitable for the courses chosen apparently. The food was also not seasoned - when we told him that he replied Americans don't want it seasoned. The crab rissotto starter was fantastic but the venison disappointing. My vegetarian friends found hardly anything to eat on the menu and found their fish or the only vegetarian dish unseasoned and strange. Not sure how it got a michelin star - Shay Cooper must have been off that day, which is all I can think off. Not impressed at all!

Where do I start...!? I have mixed reviews for this restaurant. My boyfriend brought me here for a romantic night away and the hotel is amazing!! We had dinner in the restaurant, on the terrace, overlooking the river which was absolutely stunning. The waiters/waitresses were brilliant, attending to our every need and coming by with the most delicious bread at every opportunity. The food was very posh and not to my usual taste which is where I feel mixed. It was like something from Masterchef, but the bits that you aren't sure about! The main course of lemon sole was delicious but it had like a black topping which was not delicious and ruined it for me...now having looked back at the menu I think it was crushed black shrimp...still not sure?? The thing that really put a downer on it for me was that I spilt a brand new champagne mojito which cost about £12, which was due to the condensation on the glass (the waiter said that not me!) and they didn't replace it :( very disappointed. I wouldn't eat here again for the food, but for the staff and the ambience and the atmosphere (and the bread!) I would give it 3.5 stars (couldn't do halves so swayed towards 4 stars). Enjoy for a very special occasion - the bill came to £140 for two people! x

Brought my girlfriends here for lunch on Saturday two weeks ago.
Fantastic weather and eating on the balcony overlooking the river made it quite occasion!

Would most defiantely come back and will find all sorts of reasons to come although not needed as well priced for such a superb menu!

We will return ;)

The Bingham is a wonderful place to eat. The menu offers lots of choice and everything we did go for was delicious!

It's a very romantic venue so I'd recommend The Bingham for an intimate meal.
