A la carte- nice, tasty and pretty varied
Buffet- don't be tempted to pay less and go for this mediocre buffet, it really is not what quality thai food is all about. It's like "eat as much as you like" type of buffet with the subsequent poor quality. And I DO love Thai food.

My wife and I had our anniversary at Blue Elephant. Their food was terrific. The environment was excellently elegant. I mentioned I prefered the table in quiet and non-smoking area, and we were allocated to one table just as we expected! We were explained to every dishes and the right way to have them, as this was our first time having Thai food. The service was fabulous, too. All in all, I strongly recommend it as an ideal choice for your special occasion.

The Blue Elephant provided me with the worst dining experience of my life.

The waiter was rude and extremely pushy.

The food was average though expensive. They served our mains at the same time as the starters and when questioned as to why the waiter lied and said we had asked for it to be served that way.

They served us food we didn't order and tried to make us pay for it.

All in all a horrible experience.

The Blue Elephant is a brilliant place to go with the boyfriend, or girlfriend for that matter. I took mine here for his birthday and we were fully impressed! The beautiful scenery created a wonderful, private atmosphere, although the restaurant was full. The food was good, especially the crab, but I wasn't half as impressed by this as I was by the scenery and service. We were treated like royalty!

The Blue Elephant is worth a visit, if only to see the beautiful fish floating about the river running through the middle. It is wonderfully romantic and rather magical! Take that special someone - you won't regret it.

My girlfriend and I dined at the Blue Elephant last night and to be honest I wasn't impressed. Coming from a chefs background I felt the food at Blue Elephant lacked flare and imagination.

We had the tasting menu at £35.00 each. The first course was great but the second looked like they'd taken the scraps off other plates and put something together last minute. And looking at the photo of Mr Putin by the toilet I don't think he was too happy either.

The Blue Elephant has got to be the most amazing place you will ever see! The atmosphere is perfect and the surroundings are beyond words. The staff were friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Taking advantage of the View London offer meant that the food was even cheaper than for a standard restaurant.

I cannot begin to explain this place with words, you will just have to try it for yourself. But if you want somewhere to take that special person, there cannot be anywhere better than the Blue Elephant.

We went for a birthday celebration at Blue Elephant and ordered a set meal for the whole table. The food was fantastic, but we spent over £600 for 12 of us and we were still hungry. It was almost the same as finger food.

Blue Elephant - I do feel there needs to be a better selection for the pre-set meals and more of it. Value for money was not good.

Love the Blue Elephant. Eat there once a month on a whim or for a special occasion, the Blue Elephant is always good.
