What a waste of time these people are. Totally useless. Booked a table for 15 for Saturdays 28th January and confirmed several days before. On the Friday 27th January in the evening, they called me to cancel my booking. WTF. They said they cannot honour my reservation as they are NOW expecting more people from a bigger party and they need my table. Naturally, i was livid with anger as now i have to look for another venue. Luckily we managed to find a much better venue (red turban in Edgware). Never again will we book anything here, just cant trust them. Can you imagine if we were not able to find something ? Keep away.

My daughter, with about 20 friends, were celebrating at Blue Room in Wembley last night. After coming she was telling how horrible the service was and food took ages to come plus the waiters lack of communication!
Wow, My daughter and all her friends were on BBM and telling everyone
this is the power of Word of Mouth.

The management are dishonest to say the least!

Firstly, my wife dropped her mobile phone and someone kindly handed it into the bar. But when we inquired at the bar the owner / manager denies any phones have been handed in. It wasn't until we actually threatened to call the police and got the person who actually handed the phone in to confront the manager did he admit he was in possession of it.

Secondly, a disgruntled member of staff who saw the whole event unfold told us a horror story that the management had ordered the kitchen staff to salvage any uneaten chicken scraps so they are reused in dishes! Made me feel sick hearing that. I've never been back since and will never go again.

Recently we visited to Blue Room and I was very pleased with the dishes and the service. I never tried being in this area for the past 8 years. I regret now about this. I have been visited twice after the first visit in a span of two weeks. I didn't find any change in the taste of food, quality. I am very much satisfied and I reckon it is the beautiful place to have a get together.

Fantastic place to hold a party or have a casual gathering.Last Sunday my 60th birthday party was very well organised.The food was of a very high standard as per comments from my guests who came from as far as South Woodford,Chigwell & Luton.The staff are very friendly and privided a very curteous service.Very highly recommended for whatever the occasion.Will not hesitate to go again very many times.
