AVOID THIS PLACE!!The previous reviewers went there 2-3 years ago when it was under different management and used to be nice..NOW IT SUCKS! The woman at the till who ran it was miserable towards me so that peed me off a little. The food was just bloody awful!!Fish was mushy inside, batter was soggy at the bottom and the ends were chewy and rubbery IT WAS MICROWAVED!!! and the small amount of chips I got with it were equally microwaved and disgusting.Worst of all I payed over £8.50 for this muck and have never forgiven myself for paying up and not complaining, which is why I'm writing this review out of sheer frustration :(Once again do not go here! Especially to the restaurant.

This chippie is brilliant and the staff/ owners are very nice!
Darkligher clearly has a chip on his/her shoulder (no pun intended), as this review is not accurate and unfair. I visit regularly and think its the best chippie around.

I would go as far as saying Broadway Place Fish Bar is the best chippie around, bar none. The food is great and well priced and the service is good. Broadway Place Fish Bar is excellent.

The Broadway Place Fish Bar's a great chippie. The fish melts in the mouth and the chips aren't too greasy.
