I went with 4 of my friends on Friday night. I don't normally write reviews but the service was so bad I feel I have to this time.

It took 3 times of asking and 45 minutes to get our drinks. The starters appeared with the main course.... we had to ask for the bill twice and it still didn't arrive so we had to go and get it... It was just painfully slow.

Food was fine. Service was just horrendous. I live down the road and have been to this Browns a few times before. Whoever is running it needs to take a look at their service and quickly.

I'd say that Browns at Canary Wharf is a bit better than some of the chain's other branches. The menu is what you'd expect but the food's really tasty and the service is good.

Browns tends to be quite busy but this never detracts from the quality.
