I simply love the laksa at Bugis Street Brasserie. One of the best Malaysian (Singaporean?) specialities.

I stayed in the Millenium a while ago and ate at the Bugis Street Brasserie and I must say I rather enjoyed it. The service was impeccable and the food had some lovely flavours. It's just a pity it has to be called Bugis Street Brasserie. Bugis is such a horrible word!
