We had a great night at the Cactus Blue and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun and lively night out. The Cactus Blue has great food, friendly professional service and prices that, especially given the location, are not unreasonable.

Cactus Blue had arrogant and rude staff, lack of communication and respect to party of eight who were expecting better.

The food at Cactus Blue was average - similar to what you'd expect from an large American chain restaurant like TGIs.

If you want to go to a pretentious bar in SW London with slow service, rude staff, extremelly bad, loud house music, an expensive menu and average food, then you've found the right place.

We arrived at Cactus Blue for my birthday at 8:15pm and the table was booked for 8pm. Due to traffic on Fulham Road we were late by 15 minutes.

On arrival an arrogant man asked us if we had booked in advance and I stated that we had. He then rudely commented that we were late and that we could go upstairs until the whole party had arrived. I found this exceptionally rude as they were arrogant and tried to portray Cactus Blue as a "snobbish" and "VIP" venue (which it wasn't)

After drinks at the bar (which were extremely over priced) everyone arrived and were ushered upstairs and shown to our table.

The service in Cactus Blue was a joke as we had to instruct the "barbie doll" waitress to take our order for a drink. 30 minutes later our drinks arrived and again we had to catch her attention to order our food.

When the food came the portion sizes were adaquate for the prices, however, the menu prices are extremely mis-leading (maybe someone should tell trading standards). Ordering another drink was a mission on its own, the waitresses were just chatting in the lift area and not doing their jobs. Once another drink was ordered it took 20 minutes before it arrived at my table.

The fun really began after the meal when the bill came. It was a party of eight and it totalled £215 with £25 service charge for nothing!

Overall, the service was rubbish. What's the point in hiring a barbie doll as eye candy when she cannot do the job? Five out of the eight at the meal had the runs the next day! I personally wouldn't go to Cactus Blue again as the service is rubbish, food isn't great and the drinks are well over priced.

On a plus side they have got a good gimmick with the different levels and the location of the place, however, this isn't enough to make me spend my hard-earned money there again. I would rather pay £5 from the local burger and get the runs instead of paying what they charge!

Ay yi yi! Nooooooooooo. This is not good Mexican food. What have they done? Stale corn chips, dodgy guacamole, and pseudo-Mexican food. Even the margeritas are dodgy (too salty and not enough tequila).

Rather disappointing. I don't know if it still exists but cafe Pacifico is much better.
