An absolute little gem! Amazing food, excellent service, fun atmosphere. I keep going back every few weeks or so minimum and I would very strongly recommend it.

I had my b'day at Koha - and having seen this page - i felt to post my feedback too.
My evening was most memorable, and was made so by the flexibility of the venue, accomodating staff during the evening and before the celebrations with getting everything I requested in place. We all really enjoyed the atmosphere and totally dedicated space. We ordered platters and they were presented well in tables across the downstairs, making everyone feel included and part of the celebrations.
I had booked another place for my b'day - before booking Koha, but once i was on the phone to staff who listened while I run through a list of requests, I made the swap instantly based on the friendliness and attention to detail i was shown.
Good decision turns out...
Keep it up guys.

When I lived in London, I only used to eat at Koha -I even got to know the staff quite well. I have since moved to the US and been living there for the past two years. I came to London to visit family and friends over the Festive Season. Koha was of course my first port of call when I got back as I wanted to book a table for a small Xmas celebration. I took my best friend thinking that we could have a nice chat over some good food...but I guess that in two years lots of things change. We walked into the cafe and where usually I was greeted with an 'open arm friendliness' it was almost hostile. I just thought, maybe my time away has changed my opinions a little, but as our afternoon together progressed I became more and more disappointed. What I once thought was a 'precious gem' in London, was nothing but just another expensive cafe...in a long row of cafes, full of foreigners trying to make a dime!

The cafe Koha that I was telling all my friends about in the US doesn't exist anymore. Sorry to say, but I didn't book my family's Christmas get together here as I didn't recognize the Koha I was so fond of in the past. Disappointing.

Cafe Koha in St Martin's Court is quite simply a fantastic restaurant. I've been eating here for 8-9 years and every meal is as sublime as (or better than!) the last. The constantly changing menu, fresh ingredients, unfussy presentation and passionate, friendly and more than capable staff make it a dining experience you will not forget. Go just once and you be forever a Koha devotee. Do youself a favour and GO TODAY !

I have been dining at Koha for almost 10 years...sinced its conception in fact!! Koha sits serenely just behind Leceister Square Tube Station, in St. Martin's Court, WC2, welcoming you in from the cold on a chilly winter's day! The gold type face above the door, the hearty glow coming from the huge windows and candles on the table ensure an open armed welcome! In fact, it's also just been reincarnated!

The team at Koha have recently turned their basement bar into a lounge bar par excellence, a really elegant space which breaks the 'new bar' mould! With understated lounge music and a touch of jazz, you feel a million miles away from Leicester Square, taking a little time out from the chaos of the world around you!

Intimate, lush, loungey and ultimately relaxing...and their in-house food and drink inventions, are seriously yummy! Koha has an open-plan gastro kitchen which produces the most delicious food...with a Mediterranean bias...right through to closing time!

The staff are wonderfully friendly and you can detect in all of them, a sense of pride that they're contributing to something special! This place a seriously sparkly diamond in amongst London's dust! Scrumptiously fantastic!
