Just wanted to write to say how superior Caffe Nero is compared to Starbucks! The service is better, it's more authentic and the coffee is definitely better.


Add to that the fact that Caffe Nero isn't a bloated symbol of capitalism run rampant, then a change in allegiance is the only answer! Caffe Nero every time for me!

Just had to write that I have had terrible service in this Caffe Nero for the second time in a few months.


Rude and discourteous, the lady behind the counter practially threw my change at me and then huffed when I asked for a dash more milk. Such a shame because I find Caffe Nero to be the best coffee shop around, yet idiots like her keep ruining it!
