I've been to this place a number of time! The service has always been good and the place is always buzzing! The food is absolutely delicious and very original too! I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone.... ideal for small groups of friends, but is also a nice chilled out restaurant to go to with a partner!

The restaurant looks promising and authentic at first glance. However, as a firm and widely experienced lover of Spanish food, I can warn you against Camino. The menu is very short and even the items offered were uninspiring. The wine list was also very short and disappointing with extremely poor notes on the regional provenance. Great looking venue, shame about the food.

A couple of my friends and I wanted to have a tapas evening out and we found out about Camino from some colleagues at work who had been at the bar.

As we first arrived, the staff seemed very stressed out and we were ushered to our table in a rather hostile manner. The menues, although original where somewhat confusing and rather annoying.

Having lived in Spain, the food can be said to be decent, that is to say, when the food arrived... The starters arrived after about 15 minutes but the mains took absolute ages.

The staff was mediocre but a more pleasant and welcoming staff would have made our evening much nicer.

All in all, staff and customer service skills was not the best and the food was average.
The nice interior design could not make up for the above. If you want a tapas night out, I'd recommend you to try another place.

I made the move to Regents Quarter, Kings Cross the other week and was in need of a good local to take friends to.

Quite randomly on the way home from work I took a quick stroll down the path where it said there was a bar called Camino. Upon seeing this bar I immediately organised a couple of mates for a beer the following evening.

For me this bar had it all; friendly staff, jugs of beer with chilled glasses, cool decor, good music, tapas, massive courtyard, easy vibe, 1 min from flat and good table football (which no one else in the bar seemed to want to play - result!).

Camino also has a great restaurant which I managed to sample the other night. My only complaint is that the Tapas menu was way too small. You feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Kings Cross in this little enclave, a definite change in the tide of the Kings Cross stereotype.

Mark my words Kings Cross will rival anywhere in London for great bars in the coming years!

I went to the bar last night. It was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. We had some tapas and it was all nice and wasn't too expensive. The staff were happy to advise on how much we should order for two. In fact all the staff were friendly and cheerful.

Camino is a great venue and it's so good for Kings Cross to have such a great place within its midst. If you're short of quality places to go then head to Camino - you'll not be disappointed.
