Carluccios is a splendid Italian restaurant and if you want a genuinely authentic taste of Italy I can recommend this place.
The staff are attentive and hyperactive (as they should be in Italian restaurants) but leave you in peace to enjoy your meal.

Also if you like your grape juice, definitely go to Carluccios. They've got an excellent wine list and staff that know their stuff.
