The food was excellent. The waiting staff polite, courteous and efficient. However, I shall not be eating there again. Reason? There was a delay getting my bill because of their equipment. I complained, asked them to hurry up or let me pay at the register since their roving card swipers were malfunctioning. (After all, there's a plane to catch). The assistant manager, (the chap on duty at lunchtime on August 3rd) was rude and surley. ("Well, if THAT's your attitude , if you AIN'T gonna be cooperative. Cooperative? What is he? A policeman? Bah!)

The dessert was delicious but the AM's manner and singularly indifferent attitude to our situation left a very bitter taste.

I spent 60 pounds there and received less than proper service from the man who is supposed to be running the place, to be setting an example to the staff. The waiter was great and so I still tipped 20%. He deserved it. I just hope they don't have a tip-sharing policy there.

However, as I said. I shan't go there again. There are plenty of restaurants around providing polite and courteous service who will appreciate my money more and deal with problems efficiently.
