Very disappointing indeed, the food was boring and bland, service was OK but the food was over priced for the portion sizes. I really wanted to like the place to!

After pleasant experiences at other stores in the chain i was hugely disappointed her.
Food was awful and the service poor as well. After speaking to the manager, some discount was made which went someway to compensating.

I would recommend Carluccio's, just not this one.

Very disappointing. Went last night, and found the food boring. Started with the Arancini, and was served with 2 balls of rice, one with a minuscule blob of mozzarella, the other with an even tinier blob of ragu. The main course was the saltimbocca. Pork rather than the more normal veal, but pretty dried out and flavourless; no sign of sage at all. Served with some very greasy potatoes. Certainly would not go again to this chain.
