This is a great place for lovers of quality pizza. We live in the area and always call them when we want to enjoy tasty, genuinely Italian pizza. Home deliver is fast (I would not give much credit to reviews posted in Google to the contrary). The place is also nice and cozy. Being next door from the very unique Tricyle theatre is a plus if you enjoy going to watch films or plays there.

I had the pizza and was ok , a little on the small side and the toppings were a little spare however its a clean tidy small restaurant I think run by Balkans. Overall the pricing was on the high side , the special is only for 1 meal and I found the servings could have been a more on the larger side.

I can not believe there is bad reviews for Casareccia! Casareccia is by far the best place in the world for pasta and pizza. Their food is mouth watering! The staff can not do enough for you! They are very friendly and very helpful! The atmosphere is brilliant, the open planned kitchen is great as you watch everything being cooked and prepared. The people who have left bad reviews must be mental! Iv been going to Casareccia for many many many years and the food and service have not changed one bit. Absolutly amazing place!

I visited Casareccia as it was the only nice looking place on the high street with a sunny terrace.
I ordered the antipasti de casareccia which was absolutely appalling. The selection on vegetables and salami was uneatable, old and warmed in the microwave. I could not eat any of it. As I complained to the waitress about the old microwaved vegetables and the use of mushy tinned mushrooms she replied nothing, just rushed the food away. The house white wine tasted like vinegar. Main course was slightly better, almost average but ridiculously priced at 11 pounds for a pasta when I probably could've eaten a tastier dish and gotten better service at the chicken shop opposite. There seemed to be a few take away pizza orders during the time I was dining so perhaps the pizzas are eatable. Otherwise I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place.

A wonderful, wonderful little gem of a restaurant on Kilburn High Road. Service is impeccable, staff are welcoming and friendly, the Italian food is amazing (the diavola is fabulous) and great value for money.

Couldn't recommend it highly enough - I eat there almost every week.

I never make complaints but feel compelled to do this one for anyone that has children. This time as I was going to have a few more children than the first time ( I went with 6 children the first time without a reservation and we had no problems ) and also it was my daughter's birthday, I decided to let them know in advance. A young man met us and from the get go made it clear that he did not want children in the restaurant on a busy weekend night, asked if we could come in on a Saturday morning. I felt offended as thought to myself if my money is good enough for a Saturday why not an early evening?. The booking was going to be for around 5:15pm and we were pre-ordering everything so the food would be served the moment we arrived. On the day of the booking we were able to arrive early around 4:30pm and the restaurant was empty.

In my years of working in the service industry and eating at various places around the world, I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable in a restaurant. The comments that he made were totally unprofessional as follows: "if customers see children, they won't come in"," it was going to be too much as children will make a mess and then they have to clean it up". I showed up with a total of 8 children all between the ages of 5 to 8 and a total of around 6 adults. The adults were going to have appetisers and drinks as the children were eating. Jade made us feel not welcome that none of us felt comfortable to want to eat , therefore as the food for the kids had been pre-ordered and paid for, we fed them, sang a quick "happy Birthday" and left within 45 minutes of being there.

Although the food was good, our waitress was lovely, due to the management, neither, me, friends, families or colleagues will ever go there again. It's a real shame as all of us have children that attend the tricyle for various events. Pizza excellent, waitress excellent, manager. Unprofessional. Check to ensure he is not on duty before arriving w

I have to say I am surprised by this review. I am sure no one would have been that unprofessional on the day in this restaurant. The management team at Casareccia are all very polite, professional and welcoming. It is a family friendly restaurant. I have been in the restaurant previously when people have booked tables and have either brought other guests unexpectedly or are trying their luck by not having to pay any extra by increasing the number of people they bring with them. So whether you did something similar (which would understandably annoy anyone - even the nicest and friendliest of people maybe.) But even in this situation the staff haven't lost their nerve but have been super professional. They treat everyone with respect!

But all I would say is this review does NOT truly reflect the brilliant food and the exceptional service you get in this gem of a restaurant! I was there just last night and was looked after like a princess! I would recommend EVERYONE to go and enjoy this restaurant!

Lovely little place in the heart of Kilburn! The atmosphere is very warm and the staff is extremly friendly.

I had the best calzone pizza there ever! I haven't been there for a while now as I moved away from the area but will definitely be going back when visiting.

Perfect for a romantic dinner. Highly recommended!
