The food is fundamentally tasty but unpredictable, sometimes it is slightly cold or slightly unfresh. The service is friendly but when ordering takeaway they have a tendancy to "forget" to put in some of the dishes, although they have always been happy to refund and replace! The more standard /popular dishes are usually the best to go for at The China House, just to be on the safe side..
