One of the rudest set of staff I have ever encountered, so insulting to our whole party we nearly left. The place is very overcrowded in terms of furniture but unsurprisingly not in terms in of customers given the standard of service. I will not be visiting them again.

Although I've had some good dishes here and appreciate the other customer reviews, the staff can be a little bit curt at times.
Having said that, it is a pretty authentic Italian experience.
*If it's not too cold sit outside, inside can be very noisy.*

Ciao Bella is the best value Italian food in London. The food is great and the atmosphere is a lot of fun, especially for larger groups. Have eaten there many times and can't wait to go back.

On a Saturday evening we were lost in the area looking for food and were attracted by people dining outside the restaurant on the pavement so we had a closer look. The style at Ciao Bella is like an original Italian with a simple open bar.

The ground floor was full so we had to sit in the basement. It turned out that the food at Ciao Bella was brilliant, with free parmesan and olive appetizers. We felt like we were on holiday in Italy.

The relatively cheap prices make it excellent value for money. Highly recommended - definitely returning.

Ciao Bella has a great atmosphere, chldren are welcome, the food was amazing and the service faultless. I would highly recomend Ciao Bella.
