The service in Coco Noodle Bar was not really good as many restaurants, But there have reasons. I have been there quite often I realize staff are also polite in someway.
They polite to someone who are polite to them. I have seem many customer come to coco they never ask or queue for sit, they just find good table as they wish to. secondly these customer are also demanding and aggressive.
So if you were staff in there working with these customer, how will you losing your temper. I remember One of the waiter told me about working in this kind position, he said "some customer come in and when staff ask how can I help, but customer has been standoffish.
after all i would like to say is :You want others to treat you how you should treat others. it just my opinion

really horrible service and definitely not child friendly. They have no high chairs!! Must be the only place in ealing not to have these!! The service really puts you off your food!! leaves a bad taste in your mouth!! Def not going there again>

I have been to the noodle bar now twice and have concluded that the waiters take pleasure in behaving like ignorant little ... One of them casually shoved himself -twice- between myself and my table as I sat reading a text message, on the pretext that he was picking up plates. Well if you want to be abused while you sit down to eat your noodles , go to the noodle bar. Needless to say Im not going back, the waiters are rubbish. Unfortunately I didn't read the other reviews here before and didn't know about all the hygiene issues that have gone on, otherwise i would have avoided the place. Doesn't deserve a star.

The food is OK, however the staff are surly. Locals also know of the (repeated) run-ins they have had with the food hygiene people! all (they insist) sorted now, however I have stopped going there I must admit.

The food is fast and portions usually large. The waiting staff are really, I mean, ATROCIOUSLY rude and sullen, however.

My food has actually been crashed onto my table and if you ask for water, they eye you quizzically.

By far, the rudest waitresses I have met in west London. So only go here if you have no choice.

For a £ or two more than the cost of McD/KFC or BK, its possible to have an entirely much better meal!

All portions are large and shareable. The dumplings are indeed tasty and one of my favourites. The range of dishes is great, offering Japanese, Chinese or Thai - Noodles, rice, soups and sizzeling hot plates.

Easily, my favourite budget meal and extreme filler is the Thai Special Fried Rice - £5.00 - An enormous plate of fried spicy rice, generously filled with BIG prawns (not wee pink, rehydrated shrimps), good sized chicken and roast duck chunks and peas. Its a hot, tasty number.

Unfortunitly, I am totally addicted to the pots of fiery, chilli sauce that adorouns each table, if you like it hot.... this is the stuff, it brings on a sweat and clears the sinuses. (I now make this stuff at home).

The Salt and Pepper fried squid is cooked right, every time... its mouth watering and NEVER have I found it to be over cooked/chewy.

There is a great choice for Vegetarians and they will try and tailor dishes to your desire, if your server appears not to have understood you, catch the eye of another and they will always try to help.

Their fresh fruit smoothies are delightful and think, there are a range of soft and alcoholic drinks, inc. reasonably priced Tiger Beer.

Its one of the busiest place in this part of Ealing and whilst I understand that some people complain that the staff are inattentavive. They are busy making sure that everyone is served hot, tasty and value for money food.

I gave eaten here for a long time and never found any reason to complain.

Foods are fantastic!..but all staff are RUDE! We've been eating there a lot of times and none of it they treated us nice! If only because their foods are really nice and they're open till late we will never ever eat there again. Sometimes when I am talking with friends, Coco noodle bar comes out of our conversation because they are also receiving same treatment..well I guess their being rudeness will be the cause of their fame.
