In response to your review, we are truly sorry to hear that you had a bad time at Costa Dorada and a full investigation has taken place to find out what happen on the night and take action against it to avoid this happening in the future.

On the other hand, Costa Dorada is a respectful restaurant, operating for many years and the content of you review is not tolerated at all within the premises. In addition, I disagree on your comments in regards to the charging for replacement dishes as we never ever charged anyone that wishes to replace something under those circumstances and the food has always been enough for everybody as it is proved to be the most popular and known menu we have ever had. We have never had any complaints in regards to the amount of food and over charges from a costumer before and this will be taken seriously.

In response to your comments, we are not going to lie about our experience!
The waiter did charge us for extra dishes when we had simply asked for a swap and the portions were tiny.
Perhaps you should spend more time working on your menu than defending youself in forums. - Report
