I bought an ice cream from this shop on Bank Holiday Monday (30th May, and it fell off the cornet before I'd even got down the steps out of the shop. It had obviously not been pushed down properly. I went back in to politely enquire if they would give me another scoop. The ignorant person who had served me completely ignored me when I tried to speak to him. The other rude member of staff immediately refused to replace the ice cream saying it 'happened outside and it was my fault, not his. Can't comment about the expensive ice cream as I never actually tasted it but the staff were outstandingly rude. I will never ever visit this establishment again. Always a queue of people and they're clearly making money hand over fist, but no customer service whatsoever

I bought a cup of Cappuccino yesterday and it was undrinkable...I threw it away! I will be making a complaint!

The Cow and Coffee Bean is delightful. My kids love it here and the view across Regent's Park are fab. I love the milkshakes - made with real milk from real cows, unlike more commercial stuff from fast food places and the like. The Cow and Coffee Bean is a little slice of old fahsioned heaven.
