My husband and I ate here on our last night in London.
It was late and I was tired and craving Chinese; didn't want to travel far for dinner and thankfully this restaurant was right around the corner from our hotel.

The food was excellent, however, the staff was unbelievably rude!
Our waitress was stern the entire evening and rushed me to order within the first four minutes of being seated.
I was skeptical about what I had ordered because I wasn't given a proper chance to read over the menu, but I maintain now, having tried my husbands meal, too, that no matter what you order it will be good.

That said, I am rating this restaurant with three stars as opposed to four merely because the staff was so poor in service.
You can find great Chinese food with equally great service anywhere. This restaurant was, unfortunately, lacking in the latter.
And because of that I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Despite the ridiculous name, Culture Grub is a really good Chinese - especially in comparison to all the standard chinese takeaways/restaurants.


At Culture Grub you get huge portions of really very good Chinese dishes and the service isn't bad too - very smiley!
