I've eaten there a number of times. Food is great. Service is terrible. I eat Indian food all the time and can discern between good and bad curries. Their dishes are well prepared and flavourful (although asking them to make something spicey gives a little extra kick). The chicken tikka masala is some of the best I've had and the starters, particularly the tal tala jhinga and dum ki kebab are excellent (the malai kebab is a bit dry). However, their service has nose dived recently. They've hired attractive women at the expense of service quality. The woman that was serving our table was slow, inattentive and messed up our order. This happened on two seperate occasions. The first time, we were looking to flag her down to ask for the bill and she was messing around behind the bar throwing ice cubes at her coworker. I don't know if it was her fault or the kitchen's, but dishes took a very long time to bring out, and this, even when the restaurant was less than half full.

Many thanks for an informative report. As you say that most of the food is good, we'll try and give it a go. I'll write a report if we actually make it. We're not local (Switzerland) but we'll try and get there whilst we are in London this Summer. - Report
