I had a date with the stunning girl who i really wanted to impress so I was looking for somewhere nice to take her.

After looking for a few days online I came upon an advert for the Cupcake Emporium. I took my date there and she loved it and I have to say so did I.

The cakes were great and the coffee was just right.

We went Saturday afternoon and should have booked as it was full, we ended up waiting for like 5 minutes and then we got seated.

It didn’t work out with the girl, but hey I found a new place to take my dates.

This place was loads of fun.I stumbled on to it whilst on my way to Hyde Park.

They do cupcakes coffees and sandwiches. When I asked them if they would be doing anything else soon they said they will be bringing ice cream for the summer and also hot dogs.

I had a coconut cupcake and my boyfriend had the red velvet and we both loved them.

I ended up eating half of his and he did the same with mine.I have been to a few other cupcake places in London but they are not really inviting to sit in and have a coffee or cupcake there.

This place however had a really cool space. They made it up to look like a 1950's dinner. I would definitely recommend this place.

I don't live so close to it but I am planning to go back today for a lazy Sunday afternoon. Trust me the Emporium is worth the travel.

The only thing is its quite small and some people might not like that but they have like 7-8 tables I think.

Anyway it's not a major issue with me I like small intimate spaces. Great for date night.
