Stumbled into Dial after seeing Maltida. It gave a good impression. Just does not feel like a hotel restaurant. The bar was buzzing, and then we decided to have dinner in the restaurant after our drinks. Great food, and service; we did not feel rushed and the waiter was very attentive. We went for the easy option of 3 course, £25.00 which is really good value.
My partner and I live in Norwich, we came to London and had a meal in your restaurant on Saturday at 5.45 in between seeing 2 West End shows. This is the second time we have done this. This time we were served by Gulden and Ajit (I am sorry but I didn’t get the names of the staff the first time we came) who were both first class ambassadors for dial restaurant. They were extremely courteous and attentive throughout the service. The food is fantastic anyway but their polite and efficient manner added to a very pleasant experience. We were watching how the restaurant was operating and you appear to run a very tight ship, during what was a very busy period, all diners were served quickly. I would thoroughly recommend the dial restaurant to any of my friends and colleagues and look forward to our next visit.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs Hiller – A very satisfied customer.
My third visit at dial restaurant and bar. Very well run and great friendly staff, the food, service at dial excellent.
Would certainly recommend it to everyone!

Didnt get main meal till two hours after we sat down. Had to go to the bar ourselves to buy drinks.
Fortunately we kept the receipts as the restaurant tried to charge us for them again even though they never served them to us.
The tables were far too close together, we were pretty much ignored by waiting staff from the moment we were seated.
They had to take our orders twice (Initially an hour and a half after we were seated, again at ten to ten, (we were seated at 07:50PM) meal didint arrive till 10:17 - they got our deserts wrong.
No apologies offered. Very expensive and apallingly bad in virtually every respect.
The toilets are a 5 minute walk away into the bowels of the hotel complex, the restaurant itself is cold and drafty (something to do with the tables being posiitioned next to the bars large double door exit perhaps)
Also, we booked a week in advance but they had no record of the reservation so no table for us when we arrived. Avoid at all costs.
I would not recommend Dial Restaurant and Bar to my friends. The service was friendly to begin with but then they forgot about us. They were busy but not good enough. The Dial Restaurant and Bar suffers from a huge lack of atmosphere, it had a real stark feel to it.
I love Dial. But then I don’t know anyone who’s been there who doesn’t. It truly is a great place. Good food, great for every occasion – Dial deserves its great reputation.
The food at Dial Restaurant and Bar is good, but there isn't a lot of choice on offer. This is still a fun place to meet up with friends though, and I quite often end up in there after work on a Friday.
Dial Restaurant and Bar's not a bad spot.
Dial Restaurant is terrible! We went for lunch and the food took ages. The waiter didn't understand his own menu, the place was empty, the staff were disinterested, drinks orders were wrong, it was like everything that could have gone wrong during lunch did go wrong, all with no apologies. Dial Restaurant and Bar is a rubbish place, I'll never go back.
