I would term the service as appauling and completely disgusting. I went there along with my husband on my birthday and it was one that i will never forget but for all the wrong reasons. After entering we stodd at the door without being attended to for almost 7-8 minutes. When we were shown to a table that we dint want, we were very rudely taken to another table. After ordering the starters and mains, we were served very swiftly but with food that tasted quite bland. I am Indian and can vouch that the food is far from authentic and completely tasteless. Hardly had we finished the mains, were presented with the bill, without asking for it. Neither were we asked if we would like desserts. When questioned about why we were not informed about the closing of that section, staff rudely said we could shift if we wanted or else leave the restaurant! I have never experienced more humiliation and would never go back or allow anyone i know to visit the restaurant.
Bad food and terribly arrogant, inhospitable staff.

Rude and arrogrant staff. Poor service. Unhygenic and poor quality food. The place has the worst Indian food I have ever eaten.

Had the worst service one could think of at Diwana Bhe Pori House. In fact, when went for snacks and tea they refused to let us in (there were few people).

When we wanted to speak with the manager they said they didn't have any. I don't think I will go there for a long time. In fact, I would like to write about them to the restaurant guides to get them delisted.

Diwana Bhel Poori House serves good food, but they have an absolutely outrageous service policy. They charge an obligatory 10% service charge, which they then tell you is for the senior management, and then have the cheek to ask for another tip for the actual service!

I like to tip the waiters, but I won't be cajoled into paying for service twice at Diwana Bhel Poori House! I won't be returning.

Who doesn’t love a good curry? No-one, exactly. And that’s why you should hot foot it down to Diwana. Yummy Indian food, make no mistake. Diwana – a good choice.

Diwana Bhel Poori House is quite a good place with a wide variety of Indian vegetarian food, quite tasty and unusual. Quite crowded so make sure you come early.
