I love Dylan’s and they couldn’t have come along at a better time in this area which was sadly lacking a good quality buzzing restaurant. I found the atmosphere at Dylan’s to be very lively and the food was pretty fantastic, I had a carpaccio of beef with rocket and parmesan as my starter and sadly nothing after that lived up to the perfection of the beef. The vanilla pannacotta came close though!
