had a great cold! beer and a couple of cocktails with my girlfriend at the bar, very slick!!
we were chilled so decided to grab something to eat. sat a cosy booth for 2 and had some great service...what a nice change in the west end, (cute staff).
i went for a trad burger, was cooked rare to perfection, and my g/f had a super fresh salad..both very satified.

I went on on a lunch appointment to the Eagle Bar Diner and found the venue cool but not brash and was more than satisfied by the Roo burger and fat chips I had. It was a nicely made burger retaining the smokey tangy flavour of roo and properly cooked chips.


My only beef is with the choice of on tap beers. I know it's based on a US style diner, but please, Budweiser, King of P*ss? I don't expect to drink K1664 out of a bottle in central London. A better beer collection would've got Eagle Bar Diner up to a 4.
