Eat is a very impressive little venue that seems to have a perfect selection of lunch meals.

I just had a spicy crayfish noodle salad and was very impressed indeed. I had something similar in quite a posh restaurant recently and there wasn't a great deal of difference. Kudos to you Eat. Kudos indeed.
