Ate here last night with a friend, I've been here lots of times before - clearly the place has changed hands - despite a nearly empty restaurant we were sat at a table in a draft because all the other tables were "reserved". Duck Spring Rolls were fatty, but edible. The waitress couldn't really speak English, got one of the orders wrong - the chicken, basil and chili looked OK, but was so salty it was inedible. The other dish arrived was so big a family of four could have eaten it - however was so spicy it was again, inedible. When I complained to the manager at the end of the meal he couldn't explain why he ignored the fact we'd sent so much food back - I saw him speaking to the waitress who we'd given feedback too. Oh, and the other tables (draft free, still unoccupied) were reserved for four diners, and that was "company policy". It was also "company policy" to fill in a complaint form, rather than speak to him.

I told him I'd use the internet instead.

Such a pity. Used to be such a great place to go.

I’m not one for foreign food, but I really like Ekachai. The staff will explain everything to you of you ask and you can be as adventurous or otherwise as you like. Let Ekachai change your mind!
