I was rather disappointed with the customer service at Elephant Walk. I ordered a take away which I had to collect because they were under staffed and when I got home I realised half of the food was missing and they'd over charged me. I called them and they apologised saying they'd send someone over asap.


After 45 minutes of waiting I called them to find out they hadn't even processed the order. The manager said he had had a very busy night and he'd call me the following day to sort it out. I told him that it was ridiculous and he offered to bring the food over himself, but he never turned up. We then had to make something to eat after wasting our money. The food we got was good but needless to say after being treated like that Elephant Walk have lost us as customers.

WOW! The food at Elephant Walk is some of the best I've tried in my life. I love the way they combined flavours in my beautiful curry and the service was impeccable. Elephant Walk is 100% worth a visit!
