They use top quality ingredients and while they may not be fully authentic the quality is good and slightly unusual.

The fact (quoted by one of the other reviewers) that they only give their staff three months training tells me what rubbish it is that it takes five years to train a sushi chef.

If u like eating sushi at a place using few months to train their sushi chefs u should go here!

personally i would choose a real sushi eating place where the chefs are proper sushi chefs and Japanese!!!!!!

don't waste your money at over priced fake sushi's like this and yo yo sushi as they are overpriced and the sushi, welljust not god enough!

This is my favourite sushi place (probably because I live just up the road past Chalk Farm tube). The range is excellent and the sushi is fresh and delicious.
