We use the Hungry House website for deliveries usually but the choice of restaurants is quite limited. A leafelt was popped through our letterbox at the weekend and we placed our first order on Sunday evening, tempted by the delicious menu options. The food was simply delicious, the best takeaway we've had in fact. We ordered a portion of roast duck and a portion of chicken, both were simply fresh and quite delicious. I also ordered the fried okra in black bean sauce which was exquisite as was the tofu starter....wonderful cusine!!!

Service in Feringgi Bay is very bad. The people who work in there have no sense of good service and not polite at all. They also do home delivery too. The home delivery service is even far worse. A few times they were late delivering the food - when I called they don't even sounded apologetic! The driver keeps a grumpy face every time he delivers the food and he didn't even apologise for being late! I do agree that the food is nice although you don't get alot of local asian food around where you live. But I guess I think they are the only restaurant who serve local malaysian food and they can be cocky! Service in Feringgi Bay is really really bad. I think they should go for Customer Service Courses - to learn how to respect their customers and be polite!

On the contrary for me. We have been regular customers to Ferringi bay for the past year and every time the food has been amazing and is great value. The Laksa noodles are to die for. and for less than £6 the size is pretty impressive. so is the acar..!

re: the other comment - i'm not sure how you can gather that everything has been in the fridge that was was to your dislike. And chicken on the bone is the nicer than boring chicken breast.!

I definitely recommend this place. The staff are always very helpful and accomodating esp to ppl with special dietary requirements. Great service, great food and portions, great prices.

Thumbs up! I'm absolutely agree with u. Great price, great food, great service and great portion. The curry laksa, nasi lemak with chicken always makes me hungry. U will never see a nasi lemak chicken without bone in msia. This is what we so-called authentic malaysian food.! Yummmy! Cheong u need to bring ur husband to msia for food before u upload ur comment.

I went to theis restaurant on 11th April. My husband order Nasi lemak Ayam and I have Claypot Chicken Rice. We also ordered Loh Bah as appetizer. We are very dissapointed with the food. The curry chicken that come with the nasi lemak that mu husband ordered is all chicken bone and can tell straight away that it has been in the fridge for few days. Initially he wanted the nasi lemak ayam and order extra beef rendang as a side. He was told that all have been pack in a box, they cant separate them out. Sound ridiculous to me, meaning all have been precook and sitting in the fridge? Then when my Claypot chicken rice is serve, it is not what show on the picture either! Chicken was in the claypot and I was given a bowl of white rice on the side. Again, the chicken in the claypot seems like those chicken that I have cooked and put in the fridge for few days. Needless to say the appetizer which came last is oily and a bit bitter on the meat. Don't ask me why. I have no idea. I will not visit Feringgi Bay again because it does not worth the money!
