Poor service. Seated, waited 15mins with no menu. Had to leave our seat to grab a waiter. Then he only gave us the menu and wouldn't take drinks, apparently had to get in someone else to do that as that wasn't his job to take orders. Finally ordered drinks, but then had to get up again to call a waiter to take the food order after getting sick of waiting. We weren't expecting anything outstanding from the kitchen but the meals were very disappointing all the same. The cous cous lamb was dry and the lamb tangine was very salty with soggy overcooked veges. To finish off a bad nigh the manager put a 10% service charge on the bill which i asked to be removed because we had been given no service at all, and he reluctantly agreed to remove the charge. Would not recommend, even for a quick pre-Apollo bite. Better off going cheap and cheerful to the kebab shop!

Ate at Fez with a tastelondon card - beautifully decorated on the inside, and the food was tasty and the chicken tagine beautifully cooked. With the card, we got 3 courses and delicious mint tea from the set menu for £8.50 a head! Absolute bargain! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
