I came to Fusion for lunch the other week. It was surprisingly busy, so we had to wait for a table, and we rushed our food a little bit, but given more time Fusion would have been a lovely experience.

Tapas is my favourite type of food, and Fusion Tapas Bar do some of the best. Fusion Tapas Bar is great for visiting with friends.

I guess Fusion lives up to its name – they have a real mix of food on offer. But I’m not sure if it all works – some of the dishes seemed a little convoluted for my taste. Still, Fusion are trying something different so top marks for that I guess.
