Well if you're looking for a good meal experience you won't get one here. The staff's command of english is poor. That's not too bad though. We ordered 2 lagers and I asked for some lime cordial in mine. Not available. Some lemonade then. Sorry only sell you a bottle. Some fresh lime possibly? No we don't have that. We ordered a Moroccan chicken salad and 2 burgers and some crunchy broad beans and wasabi peas to nibble on before the food arrived. No crunch here as they didn't arrive. The waiter didn't understand why we weren't impressed. The salad came looking good but without any dressing and they don't do a dressing either, just a bowl of olive oil. What did the salad come with? Hey a fat half lime which wasn't available a little while ago. Hey ho. The food was passable. When I ordered another beer the supervisor brought me a bill for the difference between the additional drink and the missing crunchy beans. When I paid for this at the end of our meal experience I handed over a £20 note and got change for £10. When I questioned this I was immediately given the right change.
We also got a buy one meal get one free voucher. We won't be using it. Average food, indifferent service, odd way to treat customers - yup, it's all at Gourmet Burger Kitchen
