I'll keep it short and sweet. Food and milkshakes here are excellent and cheap, service is pretty good and it's ideal for a meal with friends or family.

I have to say that the char-grilled food at Tootsies is delicious. Really good burgers and steaks at reasonable prices.

Tootsies is always full of families though so maybe not the place for a romantic evening!
