A hit or a miss. I went for my birthday and it was amazing. I went for another girl's bday... and it was a bit shit really. The menu was nothing special at all... and the staff were gossiping.

I had dinner at this restaurant on 24 November 10. I enjoyed the food as it was excellent in quality; however I was hugely disappointed from quantity point of view. With just 1 scallop as starter and truffle risotto as main course in the amount of 6 spoons, I left the restaurant stilll hungry, even though I had cheese and crackers. While I agree that good things come in small packages, I think that the minuteness of the dishes are unacceptable.

We have just returned from dining at the Greenhouse. The food was beautiful but I feel that it should be pointed out that there is no a la carte menu available during dinner only pre fixe at either 70 or 85 pounds per person - not an average 40 pounds plus as stated in this website. I feel viewlondon has been rather misleading. If you're aware of these costs and ok with the expense it's a wonderful experience.

The Greenhouse is the most beautiful restaurant I've ever been to. It's surrounded by all this lush greenery and inside it's so elegant, honestly I felt like a right scruff just sat there! The food looked so pretty too - beautifully presented and so well cooked.
Forget The Ivy, Greenhouse is at the top of the restaurant tables.
