I agree with Tommy Chan. The only advantage to H K Diner is that it is open late and you can get food after going to club. The food is good, but the service is woeful.



As well as giving me funny looks while ordering food, the waiters slammed down the plates on the table in silence without a smile or anything. One of the waiters didnt know much English, which is okay, but he looked at me as if it was my fault I didnt know Cantonese. On the whole, you can get a good meal at H K Diner if you don't mind the bad service.

I love Chinese food. I also love the fact that HK Diner will happily serve it to you till the wee hours of the morning. I’m not alone either – there’s always a queue outside HK Diner and plenty of people raring to sample their ‘bumble tea’. Good work fellas!

HK Diner is brilliant! especially at 3 a.m. when you roll out of whatever bar/club you've been in. Inexpensive and food is always top quality. Definitely one of my favourite places in London

H K Diner is one of my favorite restaurants, every time we go the standard of service is excellent, and no matter how packed they are you never have to wait long. I dont know of another restaurant thats open until 4am every day that has your order on the table in 4 mins flat. The food is hotter than the local competition and tastes superb. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is always buzzing, this is one of those restaurants the chinese would love to keep for themselves. Well worth a visit.

FOOD: The food is not particularly brilliant. However, the service is worse.

SERVICE: The staff are not helpful and impatient which ruins your meal before you've even statrted.

DRINKS: The drinks are of poor quality and standard, don't even bother!
