Found the place on Google and it looked amazing so decided to try it out. First, the burger was overcooked, even slightly burnt on the outside, was relatively thin compared to GBK and the like, but the taste itself was nice. They obviously use good produce, shame about the cooking. I guess it didn't help having a sign on the door saying "Chef wanted".... perhaps that's why ;) The bun was a ciabatta bread, which on itself would have been nice, but as a burger bun- NO! Seriously, don't you guys prefer a soft bun with your burger? I know I do. Quite disappointed, and probably wont go again. So far, the best burger place has been Automat.... try it and understand ;)

I consider myself something of an expert on burgers and with the recent rise of so called gourmet burger places I have been in my element. Hache is the best I have been to so far. It has a nice venue, relaxed atmosphere, excellent staff, and the burgers are very reasonably priced and delicious.



I would also recommend trying one of Hache's fruit smoothies. They are great for detox on a Sunday afternoon. If you were thinking of going there stop reading this and Go!

I love my burgers and, sadly, MacDonalds have been letting me down lately but Hache come to the rescue with their tasty, no imitations fast food. I'd recommend a burger in Hache any day of the week. Mooo!
