Halepi is a great place. Having been there several times now, I know the staff and they are always very friendly and helpful. The food is nice but expensive. If you've got money to spend, go there.



Don't be put off by the look of the Halepi. The decor is very OTT but the food compensates for that.

Halepi is a kick in the face to anywhere claiming to do Greek cuisine and then just rocking up with a bowl of taramasalata and a Greek salad. Loads of inventive dishes to try, but Halepi is definitely one of those special occasion places, as it's quite expensive.
