In summary a carnivores delight .. visited this establishment a couple of times now and it has never disappointed. Great food, great service and buzzy atmosphere. We had a quick drink in the bar beforehand and the place serves a good range of drinks and cocktails.

It's certainly not cheap in there so beware but for a steak lover you're not going to get a better place to have dinner.

Just had dinner here with my girlfriend, in a word it was average and that is being kind. We arrived and were optimistic, we we escorted downstairs to a large dining area which was packed, poorly lit and was playing a mix tape of what seemed to be the greatest hits of the 80's. The waitress bounced on us within two minutes of us sitting down - which was OK as we had looked at the menu before and knew what we were ordering. Despite the other factors we both remained optimistic and said to each other we would judge the place on the food. Five minutes turned to fifteen minutes which turned to 30 minutes and then very slowly turned to 45 - at which point I decided to start writing this review on my phone. Two seconds later the waitress came over and said our food was coming, another five minutes and it did arrive.

We ordered two rib-eye steaks - the one presented to my girlfriend was easily a third larger than mine - but the same prce. First bite and I could taste nothing but salt so I attempted to lessen this with the peppercorn sauce we had ordered but again was hit by salt so I tried a chip which again was pre-salted. They over seasoned everything the steak, the sides the sauces.

The place is not cheap and if paying this amount I want a melt in my mouth steak - perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is poor, the service average at best and it was not a great experience over all. Needless to say I won't be back. A pale comparison compared with Goodman.

Ate there last night with my man, we both are thoroughbred carnivores. Had the porterhouse medium rare, totally amazing. We couldn't finish it all, although we did go a bit crazy ordering out sides...mac & cheese, buttered spinach, mixed veg, stilton hollandaise....we wanted them all, and they didn't disappoint. Special thanks to Liam on the floor and Mohammed in the kitchen, what a pair of charachters!
